Establecer Nodo.variables de entorno js en WebStorm
Hay alguna forma de establecer variables de entorno cuando se ejecuta un nodo.aplicación js utilizando el plugin de nodo oficial de JetBrains para WebStorm (y sus otros IDE también)?

No, no es posible desde WebStorm, las variables de entorno deben ser definidas en su sistema.
UPDATE: en las nuevas versiones es posible establecer variables de entorno en la configuración Run/Debug.
