Cython Numpy advertencia sobre NPY NINGUNA API OBSOLETA al usar MemoryView

Estoy convirtiendo un Cython memoryview a una matriz numpy (para poder usarlo en código Python puro):

Compila, pero el compilador da la siguiente advertencia:

¿Qué debo hacer? ¿Está bien dejar la llamada a la API obsoleta como está? Intenta acceder al campo base but pero no lo estoy haciendo, es culpa de Cython. Simplemente he convertido un memoryview a una matriz numpy. ¿Hay otra forma más limpia / segura de hacerlo?
