Cambiar el color del botón cuando el ratón está encima

Quiero cambiar el color de fondo de un botón cuando IsMouseOver = = True

<Button Command="{Binding ClickRectangleColorCommand}" Background="{Binding Color ,Converter={StaticResource RGBCtoBrushColorsConverter},Mode=TwoWay}" Width="auto" Height="40">

No puedo entender por qué este disparador no funciona.

Prueba esto-En este ejemplo el color original es verde y el color del mouseover será DarkGoldenrod
