Analizar cadena separada por comas para hacer EN la Lista de cadenas en la cláusula Where


Mi procedimiento almacenado recibe un parámetro que es una cadena separada por comas:

DECLARE @Account AS VARCHAR(200)
SET @Account = 'SA,A'

Necesito hacer de ella esta declaración:

WHERE Account IN ('SA', 'A')

¿Cuál es la mejor práctica para hacer esto?

Crear esta función (sqlserver 2005+)
